A headhunter can be one person or a team of individuals or a company hired by a firm to find a suitable employee, on behalf of the employer. Make your network strong and large and don’t depend on recruiters completely

Handing over your resume to a recruiter is not the only effort done by your side. Besides doing this you must and most necessarily build your network to communicate with people.
