If you disable the Microsoft Office Click to Run service, you will no longer be able to use the Office applications that are installed through Click to Run. The service is responsible for managing the installation and updates of these applications, so disabling it will prevent you from accessing them. It is not recommended to disable the Click to Run service unless you no longer need to use the Office applications that are installed through it.
