You can upload a new photo or video to Instagram by tapping the plus sign (+). When you hit the addition button, pictures from your gallery will instantly appear and can be chosen with a single tap.
In order to see the saved Instagram drafts at the top, you must now scroll down a bit. In the same location, on the top right, you will also see the manage option.
