Due to the increase in Coronavirus cases, the West Bengal Government has decided two days lockdown every week across West Bengal. Thursday and Saturday of this week will be a complete lockdown. The decision was taken in view of community transmission in a few areas in West Bengal, State Home Secretary Alapan Bandyopadhyay said.
He also said that the two specified days will be declared in advance for every week.
