4. Using a different device (such as a mobile phone, tablet, or laptop), go to xfinity.com/authorize in your web browser. You can also scan the QR code (on the right) to go directly to the site. Enter the six-digit code from the Xfinity Stream app on your second device (not your Apple TV).
5. If you scanned the QR code, the activation code will already be there. Choose Continue. Type in your Xfinity ID and password to log into your Xfinity account, then select Sign In.
6. If you already signed in, continue to step four. You’ll see Success! message on your second device. You’ll see the Xfinity Stream main menu on your Apple TV device.

Signing Up for Xfinity Stream

Step 5: Select your phone number and click Next.

Step 7: Enter your cellphone number and click Continue; a verification code will be sent to the number entered.

Step 8: Click Continue after entering the verification code.

Step 9: Create an account for Xfinity Stream by entering your email address or mobile number as a username and creating a password.

Step 10: Now, using the Xfinity app on your iPhone, click sign in and enter your login information.

Step 11: Type the floating characters into the text box and then click Sign in to return to the Xfinity home page. It will now appear on the Apple TV screen connected to your iPhone.

To view the media files on your Apple TV, you must now choose a subscription plan.
